Nifty

Great loop. The bass is what really made me like this. Doesn't get too annoying after a while. And you're right, it woukld be great for an intor of some sort. Like a coffee house scene or something, heh.

TritoneAngel responds:

Thanks a lot man! This is one of the few pieces of music that I've written in a while that feature the bass, so it's a little out of character for me. I'm hoping people use it in flashes.

..Wha?

Woah. That was the longest flippin' loop I've ever heard. This is one of a kind. I think you should stay in the genre you're in now. Don't make any more like this. You only need one...And man, it was weird. I think I heard birds chirping or something. But there were none. Damn sine waves and your trickery!!!!

.Genious. (On accident?)

eh, possibly genius, possibly high, whats the difference, right!

lol

I laughed. Right when the harmonica kicked in I started busting up. Thats about all I do with the harmonica I own too, hahaha.

Great stuff.

cool..but..

I didn't like that scratchy bass sound you had, but the floaty synths were really awesome. So was the groove. I think you whould work on those bass instruments a little bit..It didn't go well with it at all.
My favorite part was the melody kicked in at 2 minutes. it lasted for a little bit and then came to a brick wall with that dang bass sound again. I think you should have kept it going more.

JPhoenix84 responds:

Haha. Matters of preference. I didn't really like the synth chords much. I loved the bass! Oh well, I don't have the time or patience to search through or for new samples, and I've honestly used up every single one in my current music utility (over 300 mixes)...

'til I get some money together for this passionate hobby of mine, my mixes are always gonna' have that "one thing" wrong with them, at least.

What I might try doing is filtering the bass so that it phases. It'll be less forward that way.

Thanks a bizunch for the review! :)

Cool!

I think this is pretty catchy. With your permission I'd like to use the vocals in one of my songs. I wouldn't keep it the same, I would probably chop them up, reverse them, and add tons of effects and stuff. I really like the chorus.

Triskele responds:

Heh, thanks...yeah, I really like the chorus myself...you absolutely have permision to this if that's what floats your boat...just let me hear the finished product ^^

huh?

You made this, or remixed it or what? I don't think you should submit this dude, this is Rammstein. Or at least sounds like them.

It's a fucking bad ass song though. I have a feeling this will get flagged. What exactly did you do to it to make it your own original work?

Arenj-Kenshin responds:

I remixed it and made it so it was exactly like the bunnykill version. I got the original song, we took smaples from the movie, and we re-created it (me and my team)

you could spruce it up alot

This was pretty nice to listen to. Although the transition between bars seemed rigid, because you're using loops and such. I seemed to drag on and on with that one riff during the middle. I like the beginning how you muted the drums every once in awhile. It's little things like that that are cool.
The fading that you did at the end of the measure souned silly and didn't fit well coming into the next guitar riff. I think it owuld have sounded better if you left the levels alone and instead, add some really crazy drums to make somewhat of a climax in the song when the guitar changes. Somethin.

dubster2 responds:

thanks for the review. the transitions were choppy. that's probably because i did that one in about 30 min and didn't put much effort into it. tell me what you think about my latest loop bit. voices loop, it's in the trance area.

sweet

This totally reminded me of Super Mario RPG for the SNES..ahaha, do you know what I'm talking about?

Man, I've listened to about a dozen of your songs now. you have some talent man. ALl your stuff kicks ass. This song is no exception.

chead86 responds:

Crazy

Man, I really liked that guitar sounding sound, that was great. The beat flowed really great. The drums, strings, everything was awesome! You dropped the drums in really great places...I don't know what else to say!

It was awesome. Now all it needs is some bad ass lyrics.

chead86 responds:

Thnx for the review dude, ur stuff's cool as well. I wonder what kinda lyrics would go with this song tho?

-Chead

Damn thats fast!

I really liked it. You have some talent. Although, it didn't seem to have any rhythm, it was jsut you playing fast regardless of the drums. No doubt you have awesome talent, but it was kind of hard to listen to because the drums didn't synch up with the solo.

You can pick lick crazy!! Awesome.

speedmetalmessiah responds:

Thanks for the compliments.I know it didn't go to well with the drums but I just couldn't think of anything to go with the drum track so I said screw it and just recorded a solo.Glad you like my guitar playing though. Thanks for the review man you've made my day.

Makeup your mind, don't let your mind make you up.
