AYUHHH SHEEEYAHH!

It is very cool how you can make random noises stay interesting. This is crazy!
I was diggin the beat. The random sounds and stuff wear me out, hah. I think I know why it grows on you: It's that 2 time thing that you did, it gives the listener a point of referance. What I mean is, after hearing one of the vocals you added, it's random. But hearing it again it doesnt seem so out of place, making it sustainable. Really neat.

My favorite part is around the end where there isn't as muchgoing on, it is only the drums and the scratching....That sounds really awesome....AYUHHH SHEEEYAHH!
I was thinking of giving this a 9, but you made this work really well....it indeed, grew on me.Yes, it is not the typical music someone would bust out in their CD Player, so I'm sure this will not appeal to many people. But I love this sort of stuff!

Dj-Zabar responds:

Thank you so much for the review. I tryed my best to capture the whole glitch and stutter effect. Makes all that work pay off.

gwahaha

Really cool SFX on the voice. I like the Dance DANCE DanCE DancE part the most. That bass was cool. It keeps me paying attention to it because of the tones. Really cool.

Dj-Zabar responds:

cool. thx for the review.

Holy shit dude

Wow.....This was fucking awesome! I can surly tell that Shpongle was an influence: those voices and drums seem a tad familiar. This is a really awesome song. The voices were flawless!
I liked how you played the same beat a few measures during the middle. The feel of this song is soooo damn awesome. Every damn thing about it rules immensly. I can't get over this, and I can't review it 'correctly'.
The synth that ends it was a great idea BTW.
My favorite track by you by far.
Shpongle's cool. They're comming out with a new CD in a week or so titled "Nothings Lost".

Wow man, thanks for the incredible review! I'm really glad you liked it, I had a lot of fun making it and I love the song. It's a much different feel from anything else in the portal, I liked that about it. Latin beats are taking over :)
Yea I know, I'm SUPER excited about Shpongle's new cd. I loved Are you Shpongled and Tales of the Inexpressed, both incredible albums. Don't worry bout the ad, I'm glad so people can see how amazing they are. Thanks for rating my song accurately, hehe :)

Catchy

I dig this! Man that was catchy as hell. I can't get that guitar riff out of my head. The screaming was hilarious and didn't get you guys off beat...I'd like to see you guys play live man...Thad be awesome. My favorite track by you.

tRiPhOp68 responds:

hey thanks, you know we all sucked bad then but we all sorta had that grove, that natural rythm, and that guitar riff by Drk, hes the man at guitars, he has elevated in 6 years to a unique pro and this song, man i luv it too, thank you for the review

Awesome song.

I have a feeling you didn't make this.. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
This is an awesome song. And I agree, it is the best song you dun ever made. Everything flows really nicely and it isn't a crappy Pink Floyd MIDI. And no silly screaming. It's very 80's sounding.

Great work man....maybe.

RIPclock responds:

I did make this those other songs are jokes and that pink floyd midi was years ago.

AWESOME

SO MUCH DAMN COOLER!!!!

PizzaFence responds:

Thank you, for the fact that you used all caps in this, makes me feal loved... That that Im gay or anything, and that your acttractive in anyway... Just... Go away...

Weee

Not the greatest review...But I just wanted to say that this could be a really great full length song...I like it alot. :)

PizzaFence responds:

Then like. Make a tight flash and add it to it.

Trippy

This is really cool. I like it. I have no feedback to give other than to maybe add more stuff going on...Everything that you did made it a very abstract and..bizarre listen.
I would say add drums, but that would change the feel of the song, and it probably wouldn't work well with what it is.

I would really like to hear this kind of guitar playing with some drums in the back...That would be crazy. Think about lengthening the delay (I;m not talking about for this song or whatever) I've been doing that on my guitar and it sounds really cool.
Set the delay as long as it can and play to the tempo of it so the first note you play plays right on the next measure... It sounds like 2 guitars playing; its sweet.

Awesome idea. I applaude your experimentation.

Ur4F4G responds:

Yeah that is cool i did it but I would wanna do that kind of stuff using drums so i could get a real good flow, thanks for your review!~

LOL! WTF?

Very awesome indeed

Well, first off, props on deciding to remix Tetris Reborn...It's a damn catchy tune. 2nd off, I had to say something about this song of yours because it's insane...and I can't get over it at the moment.

Damn man, I've listened to a few of your songs and they always have this great aesthetic quality to them....a great "Atmospheric" background is always at heart. IT really makes me space off. You're very talented, but I'm sure that's old new, hah.

I never really bothered to listen to any of your songs, regretfully, until I came on an animation called "Completly Random 3." I watched it and figured that they used some well known artist or soemthing because the music sounded professional..and man, it was you!

Anyways, I really liked the beginning, how it starts off very spacey with the long stranded cymbals. It blends very well when the melody kicks in. Good idea on stopping them when the bass drum kicks in. Another thing I liked was the slight alteration with the instruments on the Tetris melody. It's not TOO different but the difference is there..it does wonders, and adding with the strings makes for a "wonderful combination!"....as my mother would say.

Ok..I don't remember about the actual Tetris song...But were those 3 notes that go really close together there? or did you add that....If you did...that was damn cool. If not....It's still damn cool..I liked it. (ahh, forgive me for being so fucking vague. I hope you know what I mean)

The drum roll was done well. I like the "pick up" at the next measure preceding it. That got my attention and started the new drum structure very smoothly. Props.

Overall, a very awesome and solid remix of a very awesome song to begin with. You kept with that weird horn thingy sound I remember from the original and the great vibe that comes with it.

This is going to be stuck in my mind for a while.
I salute you....But before I do that. Mind if you point out what the 1 minor error was? I'm curious.

*Salutes*

B0UNC3 responds:

The minor error might not be so noticable by you if you didn't make the track...It was a clap that got overlayed on the second string part....I'm a bit worried that the first lead is a bit to high pitched?

Thanks for that great review!

And for everyone else:
I can't promise but we will see if i make more VG mixes sometime ;D.

Thank you all for your reviews...
